Cockle Clams - 15 unidades

Our cockles are harvested from the wild beds of southern New Zealand. Southern cockles are our cockle of choice because they are considered better quality due to the colder waters in the southern hemisphere. Cockles are usually steamed and have similar applications to Manila Clams.
